The universalization of multi-function CNC Machining Center (referred as CNC) can complete the milling, drilling, tapping ,radius step end face, pin hole, male working bearing and male end face of the dies, and the precision can reach 0.015mm. This realizes the ideal status that to process the mandrel plate and die plate of hollow dies separately, and some types of dies already carry out the pattern of finished in single procedure, achieving full mechanized processing production.
